This is to notify all relevant parties that the 2024 Motorcycling Queensland Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be postponed to a new date of Wednesday 15th May, 2024.
Those planning on attending the Annual General Meeting have two options:
- Attend in person at Sports House, Milton
- Attend virtually via a Microsoft Teams meeting link
In anticipation of the AGM, affiliated clubs are advised of the following:
Please note, there are no elected Director’s terms expiring at this year’s AGM meaning elections are not required. There are two Independent Director’s terms expiring in May, 2024 and these will be managed by the board in accordance with the MQ constitution after the AGM.
There is no need to RSVP your attendance to this meeting at this stage, further communication will be circulated, with the meeting agenda, and details on how to RSVP and attend.
