Mareeba motorcyle club is one of the most northern tracks in Qld. The track is a hard pack 1.5klm long, with a mixture of man made jumps consistent of tabletops, roll overs and doubles. It also contains a whoops sections and split lane. The track can accommodate 40 riders with all age groups competing including 50cc demo's with a section of the track cut to shorten the distance. The soil is a mixture of sand, loam and clay. The track is under full irrigation to help with the moisture.

The club started life as Townsville and District Vintage Motocross Club established in Townsville 2010 by a bunch of likeminded people to ride / race and socialise with others of the same age group on the bikes we grew up with.
The decision to start the club was simple, move away from the modern club events and create a safer place to compete in a social setting.
The club was the first Vintage Motocross Club in Australia to run pre 90 and pre 95 classes and now run to pre 97 models.
