Club
Development Program (Clubs)
Provides funding to eligible organisations to undertake education
and training initiatives, participation initiatives and organisational
planning.
Young
Athlete Assistance Program (Individuals)
This Program aims to assist young athletes within Queensland
who have competed at a State sporting championship or State
school championship.
Minor
Facilities Program (Clubs)
Provides funding to eligible organisations to undertake minor
construction, extension or upgrade works to sport and recreation
facilities for local sporting competitions and for community
participation in active recreation.
Major
Facilities Program (Clubs)
Provides funding to develop and enhance sport and active recreation
infrastructure to meet community participation needs; support
local, regional and state levels of competition; and enable
Queensland to attract and host key events.

Community Benefit Fund (Clubs)
Provides one-off grants of up to $30,000 to eligible Queensland
based not-for-profit, non-government groups strengthen their
capacity to provide community services and activities

Island Casino Benefit Fund
Breakwater
Island Casino Benefit Fund (Clubs)
Allocates grants to non-profit community organizations in
North Queensland which provide facilities or services to the
community at large. The
fund is charged with the responsibility of recommending to
the Minister the disbursement of monies received from a 1%
levy on the gross gaming revenue of the Jupiter’s Casino
in Townsville.

Casino Benefit Fund
(Clubs)
Provides grants to not-for-profit incorporated organisations
for facilities or services that have a broad community benefit.
There are four funding rounds each year and applicants can
apply anytime.

Provides grants to non-profit community service organisations
in far north Queensland. Grants are allocated twice a year.

Sport
Leadership Grants for Women (Clubs & Individuals)
To provide women already involved in sport with an opportunity
to undertake sport leadership training.

of Families & Community Services
Volunteer
Small Equipment Grants (Clubs)
Provides funding of up to $3,00 per application to help organisations
purchase equipment in the direct support of volunteers whose
work contributes to supporting famalies and / or strengthening
communities.
