the award
In
2003 Motorcycling Queensland replaced the award previously
known as the ‘Club Development’ award with the
‘Club of the Year’ award.
The
purpose of this award is to recognise and reward Clubs that
perform both on and off the track, encourage Clubs to improve
their administration, and to recognise administrators of Clubs
for their outstanding service to the sport and their Club.
The
winning Club will be the Club that accrues the most points,
based on the Motorcycling
Queensland Club of the Year criteria, during the specified
time frame (1 November - 31 October).
The
following places are acknowledged at the annual Motorcycling
Queensland Awards Night:
1st
place (most points)
* Club Affiliation to be paid for by MQ for the following
year (2007).
* Trophy to be presented recognising 1st place.
* Named on the perpetual shield as the Club Development award
winner
* 2 x tickets to the MQ Awards Night.
2nd
place (second most points)
* Trophy to be presented recognising 2nd place.
* 2 x tickets to the 2006 MQ Awards Night.
3rd
place (third most points)
* Trophy to be presented recognising 3rd place.
* 2 x tickets to the 2006 MQ Awards Night.
