Motorcycling Queensland and the Queensland MX subcommittee would like to make the following announcements in relation to the ‘washed-out’ round of the Sunshine State MX Series last weekend – 2/3 May 2015 at Coolum:
*This round will be re-scheduled to take place on the weekend 4/5 July at Coolum, this will now be Rd6 (final) round of the Series;
*No entries from the ‘washed-out’ round (Coolum, 2/3 May) will be transferable to any other round, including the new Coolum date;
*All entries from the ‘washed-out’ round (Coolum, 2/3 May) will be refunded directly by Nominate, minus a $10 per bike administration fee – please be patient, these refunds may take a couple of days to be processed. The $10 administration fee has to be applied due to services undertaken and paid for in the lead-up to this round;
*Please note the 2015 Shell Advance Sunshine State MX Series Supplementary Regulations allows for a $25 administration fee to be withheld. The MX subcommittee anticipates that all competitors will understand that we have attempted to ‘meet riders half way’ with the application of this fee;
*Changes and updates will be made to the Supplementary Regulations and the new round will be posted on Nominate asap;
*Entries, without a late fee, for this weekend’s Kilcoy round of the Series will remain open up until midday Thursday 7th May. Anyone who has already incurred a late fee for Kilcoy round will be reimbursed this fee directly by Nominate – again, please be patient as this may take a couple of days to be processed.
Thank-you for your understanding and patience with this matter.
