The Fight for Q1 Continues this weekend

The fight for the first Qld Off Road Racing Champion plate continues this weekend as Queensland's youngest club, the Hinterland Enduro Junior Development Club turns on the hospitality for the first time.
The double-header first round of the KTM Pony Express series and Qld Cross Country series will take place at Wallaville, near Childers - the culmination of a mountain of work put in by the brand new club in recent weeks.
While the club might be new, the faces driving it are not, and riders from far and wide are champing at the bit to scope out the never-before-raced-on 30-minute natural bushland circuit the club has built.
Following Saturday's KTM Pony Express, Sunday's X-Country race will give riders another chance to vye for the new Qld Off Road Champion plate.
The new concept will see an overall champion chosen from combined results of the X-Country series, the Queensland Enduro Championship and the Husky Sprint series.
Catering will be available from Saturday breakfast through to Sunday lunch.
No campfires are allowed.
