Done and Dusted

Around 100 riders made the trip to take on the challenging tracks for a 2 day sprint format.  Roma District Motorcycle club didn’t disappoint and provided the best possible amenities, assistance and tracks they could.  Conditions were dusty but adjusted start intervals and strong winds helped to alleviate the problem.

Fraser Higlett showed a clean set of heals both days in the Pro All Powers class with Matt Murry following suit in the Expert All Powers.  Ladies and Junior Girls were also well represented with Ebony Nielsen taking out the honours both days in the Senior Ladies and Yolanda Treasure in day one of the Junior Girls and Chelsea Ried on day two.  Up and coming junior rider Ryan Thompson showed he will be a force to be reckoned with in the senior ranks taking the win both days in the Juniors Under 200cc 2st and up to 250cc 4st (13 – 15 yrs)

Rohan Bird dominated the Clubman Under 200cc 2st and up to 250cc 4st while Dave Thompson showed just where Ryan gets his skills and ability taking the win both days in the Master Clubman All Powers Over 45’s.

Again a HUGE THANK YOU to the Roma District Motorcyle Club, the Officials and Volunteers and Riders for supporting this event.
