Blue sunny skies welcomed us for both days of the Airoh MX Series Sunshine State RD 4 Roma.

Saturday seen the juniors take to the track with intense racing and skill mastering the Roma ruts for some close racing.

With not more then 30pts between the Series leaders and 2nd place in each class, bringing all these Championships down to the wire. Forty riders fronted up to the 7/9yrs 65 seeing some of the tightest racing this year with Jett Alsop taking the win over Jake Cannon and Liam owens.

The 9-11yrs Mini lites is a packed field also but the difference is we have a young Girl Charli Cannon mixing it up with the boys, Jack Mather took the top step with some tight racing over Charli 2nd and Kobe Drew rounding out the top 3.

Mini Lites riders continued to impress in the 12/13 yrs   showing us what the future holds with Deegan Maniseli taking the top step over Brad West and Jake Kowal.

With so many class fields the racing is at top level with a growing series.

Sunday was the Seniors turn with perfect weather for racing, Qlds MX 1 Champ  Zak Small started to get the track sorted at the end of the day after some hard fought battles with Joel Rizzo. Rizzo took the first moto win From Small then it was Zak who showed the way in the last two motos taking the overall, with the local Yamaha rider Darcy Jones finishing a strong 3rd place.

MX1 Intermediate riders have also been sticking it to the pros with top ten finishes and picking up there speed along with it, Kye Orchard taking the top step ahead of Trae Kuehn and Brenton Inglis,

Some good speed coming from these guys look forward to seeing more.

MX2 class doesn’t get forgotten with some top fast racing, Ricky Latimer finished on the top step with a perfect 3 from 3 day ahead of the hard charger of Joel Evans, with young gun Kaleb Barham rounding out the 3.

The clubman classes are not forgotten either with CMX1 and CMX2 the future stars, in the CMX2 Cody Schat 1st Mark Lobley 2nd Harrison Smith 3rd took the podium while in the CMX1 podium was hard fought with Kyle Dalapas 1st, Cohn Evans 2nd Laurie Castle 3rd.
