 PLEASE MAKE YOURSELF FAMILIAR WITH SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS AS WELL AS FINAL INSTRUCTIONS

 SIGN ON & SCRUTINEERING– Will take place near the Troy Carrol Bar. Bikes to be pushed to scrutineering. Machines, helmet, back numbers, body armor (for juniors only) and any spare machines must be presented at scrutineering. Make sure bike numbers are clearly visible at a distance–marker pen numbers are not permitted

Competitors are asked to present their competition licence & logbook (in the case of juniors) to the sign on personnel. Programs and hired transponders will be issued at this stage. Any issues with entries will be finalized at this stage by race secretaries.

Enclosed footwear must be worn.

We have set aside times throughout Saturday for the Junior Lites, 125cc and Mountain Man classes for a late scrutineer & sign on. Please see the time schedule – this sign on, scrutineer will take place near canteen.

 Entry onto the track is not permitted unless sign on & scrutineering has been completed.

 TRANSPONDERS – Competitors hiring transponders will be required to exchange their MA licence. IF you have your own transponder please ensure it is charged and activated.

If you have hired a transponder and wish to take up the offer from Motorcycling of hire/purchase you must keep your receipts as proof of hire.

RIDERS BRIEFING – Will be held at the Troy Carroll Bar . Some classes will be running a shortened track – direction will be advised at riders briefing.

 GUARDIANSHIP FORMS – Any rider under 18 years of age attending without their parent or legal guardian must supply race secretary with a Temporary Guardianship Form signed by their legal guardian at sign on.

PIT AREA – The Taping off of pit sites is strictly prohibited. Please do not park in sponsored area, direction will be given by Toowoomba club representative

 CAMPING - Camping is only available in very top area of the grounds unless previously arranged. Pit tents are permitted on Troy Carrol level – Many spectators will be in this area so please keep your belongings secure, tidy and be friendly. Hot showers are available. Please keep the facility clean, anyone found vandalizing any of the clubs property will be penalized.

 BIKE WASH – STICTLY NO washing of bikes in pit area. Bike Wash Bay is provided with taps, you will need own pressure cleaner/power supply.  NO need to bring your own bike wash water. 

 ADMISSION – Entry to the venue will be from 3pm Friday afternoon. A riders list will be at entry gate – Junior competitors are entitled to one competition pass + 2 guest passes. Senior competitors are entitled to one competition pass + 1 guest/mechanic pass. Competitors entering 2 classes are not entitled to additional passes.

Riders that have purchased extra discounted passes through nominate will also be listed.

General entry – Adults $25, School Student $5, Family $50. 

 NOISE CURFEW – All generators must be turned off by 10pm each night.   Please keep your campsite noise to a minimum and allow for the enjoyment of all. Juniors must be back at their camp site by 9.00pm

 PIT BOARD PERSONNEL – Each Senior Competitor is permitted one person in the designated pit board area. Before entering this area you are required to sign an indemnity with race secretary and be identified with a wrist band. Pit board personnel must be wearing Hi-Vis vests and enclosed footwear and must be utilizing a pit board.

 SOUND TESTING – will be carried out during the event. All machines must comply with the current MOM’s

 CHANGE OF MACHINERY – may be permitted if submitted in writing to the Clerk of Course at least 10 minutes prior to the start of that race in which the substituted machine is required. Substitute machine must be eligible to compete ie already by entered for the meeting, have passed machine examination, be eligible for the class and replace a machine that cannot be reasonably be repaired. Race Secretary will have forms if required.

 IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION – Due to rain or similar- notifications will be posted on Mountain Man Motocross facebook as soon as possible. If the event is cancelled on the Friday before the event or earlier a post will be posted on Toowoomba and Motorcycling Qld Website.

 TRACK DESCRIPTION – Hard Clay Soil 1760 metres in length including man made obstacles. The surface consists of mainly watered machine groomed earth at the  beginning of the event, becoming hard pack as the event continues. The track will be appropriately watered throughout the event to facilitate dust control.

 T-SHIRTS – Ordered T-shirts can be picked up at sign on. T-Shirts will be on sale at the venue.

 CHARITY – This event is supporting Life Flight Rescue. An auction will be held in the Troy Carroll Bar on the Saturday night and raffles will run over the weekend. Please  support this awesome charity that comes to the rescue of seriously injured riders at all events. If you have any products, signed jerseys etc that can be donated please bring  it along or contact us.

 ALCOHOL/ Canteen SALES – Canteen will be open for breakfast & lunch Saturday & Sunday. Alcohol can be purchased between 10am til 10pm – it must be consumed in designated area. Roast dinner is available Saturday night in the VIP tent for $10 per plate with proceeds going to Life Flight (see facebook).  

 MEDICAL – Medical history has been supplied with entries but please inform Race secretary of any recent updates. Suspended riders must supply a copy of their clearance letters.

 PRESENTATION – Top three place getters in each class must be attendance at presentation. Prize money will be credited to your nominated bank account.

P = Practice

R = Race

SL = Sight Lap

Q = Qualifying

SATURDAY 11TH MARCH

It is preferred that all bikes be scrutineered Saturday morning between 6:30 & 7:50am but if not possible –

Junior Lites 10:45 til 11:00am

Senior 125cc 12:00 til 12:15pm

Mountain Man Unlimited 1:00 til 1:30pm
