The Motorcycle Sportsmen of Queensland, in conjunction with Morgan Park Raceway, are pleased to announce their inaugural girl's only track day: "Ladies Day at the Raceway", set to take place on October 9, 2016.

Further information will be announced closer to the event, but you register now on the event page to ensure you get all the updates.

The "Ladies Day at the Raceway" event is planned as the culmination of a suite of events to increase female participation in motorcycle Road Racing, beginning with track days. Its main aim is to make the racetrack a more welcoming place for women and show that motorcycle Road Racing is a sport that is open to all.

As with all of our track days, our MA Accredited coaches will be on hand during Ladies Day to provide assistance and guidance where required. Participants will be allocated to groups based on their experience and self-assessed skills, all bikes will have timing transponders fitted so we can quickly and accurately gauge if someone is in the correct group

Our female racers will be on hand during the day and on the lead-up to the event to provide mentoring as it can be a daunting experience for a first-time participant.

Click on the Facebook event page to register, and find more information about the Motorcycle Sportsmen on their website.
