Organisers of the inaugural MotoFest event have today announced a total of $16,000 prize money up for grabs at this year’s event.

MotoFest, to be held at Queensland Moto Park on Sunday 27th September, will incorporate three different racing disciplines at one single location on one day, including:

*A GNCC style EnduroX
*RXT Helmets Dash 4 Cash (MX)
*Kick Start Arena Trial

Event organiser Ray Buchanan says he's excited about MotoFest.

"We’ve had a core group of people working on MotoFest for more than eight months, and we’re really looking forward to presenting spectacular event for riders, spectators and all of our event partners," he says.

When it comes to the competitors, MotoFest has got everyone covered, with three different types of racing, including the feature GNCC EnduroX style Open All Powers event which is offering $3,000 for the winner.

The Kick Start Arena Trials will see competitors attempt a man-made course one at a time, with ‘time’ penalties for riders that fail any sections.

The RXT Helmets Dash for Cash offering a variety of classes for some fast and furious motocross racing. All of this, coupled with the prize-money on offer makes MotoFest an event not to be missed.
